  • Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.
  • All prices are in IDR unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • 30+ days before departure: 100% refund (minus bank/admin fees).
  • 15–29 days before departure: Deposit (30%) is non-refundable.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.

3. Cancellation by SSTT

  • SSTT may cancel or adjust the tour for reasons beyond control such as natural disasters, government regulations, or safety issues.
  • If SSTT cancels, clients receive a full refund or may reschedule an alternative date.

4. Liability

  • SSTT acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and service partners, and is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties.
  • Clients are responsible for travel insurance, valid documents (passport/visa where applicable), and personal health.
